The Subway® online ordering and app remains available – the Subcard® Loyalty and Gift programme closes 31 August 2026.

You can still order your Subway® favourites online and in the Subway® app as usual. However, the Subcard® Loyalty and Gift programme will be closing from 31 August 2026. Redeem Reward Dollars and Gift Dollars until 31 August 2026.

After 31 August 2026, Subcard® will provide a system for a refund of the value of your valid and unexpired Gift Dollars (subject to terms and conditions).
